Flour (all-purpose): 4 cups (1000ml)
Salt: 1 tsp (~6ml)
Eggs: 4 or 5
Water: 3/4 cup (~190ml)
In large bowl, mix together the flour, eggs and salt and then slowly and incrementally add the water to form a dough. It is better to add too little water than too much.
Boil water in a large pot.
Using a colander or some other tool with small holes, press the dough through to form thick, short noodles. Place these in the boiling water for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until they float to the top.
