Violet-Colored Bread

200g red cabbage (chopped fine)
500g/ Flour
1Tbsp veg oil
1 packet (7g) yeast
1Tbsp salt
150g Water

1) Boil some water, and add the cabbage. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes, and stir occasionally
2) Mix together the dry ingredients.
3) Strain the cabbage and pour in 100g of the water to the flour-mixture slowly, stirring as you go. Depending upon humidity and other factors, you may need more or less water, so add incrementally until the dough is thick but not soupy.
4) Put this in an oiled bowl, and cover for an hour.
5) Kneed the dough, and put on a pan to prove for an hour
6) Put it in the oven at 200ÂșC for 20-30 minutes. Give it more time as is needed.
