Apple Stuffing

Core ingredients:
Loaf of wholewheat bread or sourdough: cut into 1in. cubes and left to harden
Chicken sausage: diced
celery: 2 sticks of
carrot: 1 or 2
yellow onion: 1
chicken broth: 2 cups
Apple: 1 or 2

Variations
Pear for apple
vegetarian sausage for regular
vegetable broth for chicken
red cabbage for onion

Prep
•Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC
•Bring the broth to a boil and add carrots and celery.
•Fry the sausage and onions. The onions should not be completely caramelized

lay the bread-cubes in a pan, leaving few to no gaps. save some bread too. Add the sausages and onions over this. Then pour the broth so that the bread is almost but not completely submerged.add the rest of the bread if you have any, and pat it down so that it also becomes damp.

Stick it in the oven for 20-30 minutes until it is crispy on top but not dry or burnt. It should not be totally solidified, so pop it all in the fridge for 6 hours, or overnight.
